Digital Public Library of America

The Digital Public Library of America (DPLA) brings together the riches of America’s libraries, archives, and museums, and makes them freely available to the world. Far more than a search engine, the DPLA provides innovative ways to search and scan through the united collection of millions of items from museums, libraries, and archives, including by timeline, map, format, and subject/topic. Students and teachers can also view a series of curated exhibitions developed by our partners ranging from topics like the New Deal to National Parks to Immigration.
